Abstract:

Coumarin-3,4-pyridone derivatives are a novel class of aromatic heterocyclic compounds based on the coumarin scaffold. This work presents a new synthetic method for the preparation of coumarin-3,4-pyridone derivatives. The infrared absorption spectrum, mass spectrum (MS), and nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectra, including 1H NMR, 13C NMR, DEPT135, COSY, HSQC and HMBC, were measured and analyzed. The characteristic absorption peaks in the IR spectra were assigned to their corresponding functional groups, and the signals in the 1H and 13C NMR spectra were interpreted and assigned, thereby confirming the structure of the coumarin-3,4-pyridone derivatives. This study provides a reference for further research on coumarin-3,4-pyridone derivatives.
