Abstract: The theory and experimental methods and succesful applications of multiple quantum NMR techniques are introduced and reviewed. The techniques have advantages over conventional single quantum NMR method in obtaining simple analyzable spectra which make study of molecular structure and conformation possible. In addition, the techniques are useful in studying relaxation dynamics.
