Abstract: In the present paper the ¹H NMR and ¹³C NMR spectral data of N-(α,β disu-bstituted-4-chloro-cinnamyl) -sec. -butylamine compounds were reported Compared the chemical shifts of hydrogen and carbon in the amide groups ofthe compounds, the configurations of the compounds were assigned.The configurations assigned according to NMR were proved by the results of X-ray diffraction of the crystals of the compounds.
