Abstract:

Ovalbumin is a member of the serpin superfamily. It's reactive center loop (a pe ptide with 23 a.a. residues) locates between the residue 343 and the residue 366  in the  protein sequence. The nano probe is a new kind of ultra small volume probe base d on  magic-angle spinning technique. The related 2D NMR experiments were performed wi th small volume detecting technique using magic-angle spinning, and the NMR  resonances of the peptide were assigned.

Key words: Serpin, Reactive center loop, Small volume magic-angle spinning detecting techn ique, Resonance assignment
