Abstract: The method to solve Schrodinger equation with metrix function theory is presented. The time independent Hamiltonian and time dependent Hamiltonian are discussed respectively. For the Time independent Hamiltonian, this method gives a completely regular way to solve Schrodinger equation. For the time dependent Hamiltonian, only the two level system is discussed.
