Abstract: The 1H NMR Spectra were measured using a pulsed spectrometer at room temperature for solid polybutadiene samples with different chain structure. They are quite distinguishable between each other. The temperature dependence of the chemical shifts and intensity radio of the two decomposed Lorentzian peaks for the star-type branched polybutadienc are reported.
An investigation to carbon black rubber interaction were carried out with high cis-polybutadiene samples added different types of carbon black by measuring EID'S temperature dependence. The results fail to confirm the so called "double layer model", and suggest an homogenization effect on the phase distribution.
