Abstract: The interaction of insulin with phosphloipid vesicles as a model of biological membranes is studied by NMR technique.Analysis of the spectra revealed that the B chain including hydrophobic surface at the insulin molecular surface may be insertrd into the phospholipid bilayer and perturbes the bilayer.Neutral pH value range is the best binding condition of insulin with membrane.
