Abstract: The effect of proton homonuclcus coupling modulation on the polarization transfer signals is studied theoretically and experimentally using the INEPT pulse sequence as a demonstrative example The simultaneous polarization transfer from two proton groups having different coupling constants will the measured spin -(1)/2 nucleus is also investigated.
