Abstract: Transition metal elements form various structural types of coordination and cluster compounds.Due to their outer d or f orbital and nudear magnetic spin,transition metal moleculare give very rich infoimation in their NMR spectra.Center nietal and ligand element NMR of transition metal molecule are discussed.Magnetic susceptibility of the compound can be measured by NMR method.Information of magnetochemistry and other spectrochemistry enable us to understand the synergism within a transition metal moleculer.
