Abstract

Abstract: ¹³C NMR spectra of 10 prenoid-subtituted flavonoids, which were obtained from the faultly Berberidaceae have been studied by means of 2D NMR (¹H-¹H COSY, ¹H-¹³C COSY and HMBC) technique on the basis of key compound. The discussion is mainly focused on the linkage between the isoprenoid-substitucnts with flavonoids skeletons and the relation between the chemical shifts and mode of isoprenoid-substituents at C-8 and C-5' positions. The result can be used to elucidate the structure of isoprenoid-substituted flavonoids.
