1H AND 13C NMR ASSIGNMENT OF WILFORGINE BY 2D NMR TECHNIQUES

Abstract: The 1H and 13C NMR assignments of wilforgine were carried out. Complete assignments of proton and carbon resonances were made with the aid of 1H-1H COSY, 1H-13C COSY, TOCSY, and COLOC techniques.
