Abstract: Total assignment of 1H and 13C NMR spectral lines of 3, 3-ethylenedioxy-5α, 10α(and-5β, 10β)-cycloxy-Δ9(11)-estrene-17α (1-propynyl)-17β-hydroxyl which are two intermediate isomers of new drug antiprogesterone RU-486, has been accomplished by 1D and 2D NMR techniques (COSY, TOCSY, HMQC and HMBC).
