Abstract: NMR spectra of the title compounds are reported in this paper. The new law of NMR spectrum were discovered for α,α'-dioxoketene cyclic dithioacetals. Their structures were determined by ¹H, ¹³C NMR spectra etc., and all ¹H and ¹³C NMR chemical shifts of the compounds have been assigned.
