Abstract: Two dammarane-type triterpenoid saponins, 20(R)-ginsenoside Rg₂ and 20(S)-ginsenoside Rg₂, were isolated from stems-leaves of Panax ginseng C.A.Mey.. In this paper, all of the ¹H and ¹³C NMR chemical shifts of the two compounds were assigned through 1D NMR and 2D NMR with Pulse Field Gradient (PFG) techniques (GCOSY,GHMQC and GHMBC).
