Abstract: In this paper we will present some new results of NMR studies on DNAS and Histones.NMR spectrai of eukaryotic DNAs was obvious different while was foud eukaryotic Histones was similar.when actinomycin D was interacted with DNA, Ethidiumbromide was int-fracted with DNA, The proton peaks became weak and changes of chemical shifts was dicussed.
