Abstract: A Super-regenerative NQR Spectrometer has been described. The Super-regenerative oscillator constructed by field effect transistors works in wider frequency range and has higher sensitivity, The ³⁵Cl and ³⁷Cl NQR Spectra of Some shemical samples recorded with this spectrometer are shown in this paper, and the advantages of using field effect transistors for NQR are discussed.
