Abstract: 2D-NMR, developed in recent ten years, plays an important role in studying structures of organic molecules. four new compounds of 5-fluorouracil derivatives were thoroughly studied by homo-and heteronuclear chemical shift correlation, heteronuclear relayed coherence transfer, and long rangecoupling heteronuclear relayed coherence transfer, and long range coupling heteronuclear chemical shift correlation spectroscopies. The structures and assignments of their 1H, 13C resonances were determined.
