Abstract: The 1H NMR spectra of N-methyl-isoindigatin in(CD3)2CO,CDCl3, DMSO-d6 and after D2O exchange were investigated by means of selective irradiation method. The 1H-1H coupling constants and the assignment of 1H NMR spectral lines of protons with extremely similar chemical envelopments were obtained.
