Abstract

Abstract: In this paper, the structures of a pair of epimers of 2, 2'-dihydroxy-1,1'-binaphthyl phosphoramidate were studied by ¹H NMR, ¹³C NMR, DEPT, COSY,¹³C-¹H COSY, and HMBC spectra; the completely assignment of ¹H NMR and ¹³C NMR chemical shifts were made. Based on them, the conformational analysis of epimers were carried out, results of which were identical with the results of X-ray diffraction.
