Abstract: This paper introduces the measuring method of ³¹P NMR spectrum of red bloodcells of human, the treating method of sample and the option of testing parameter. It is discovered that there exists the obvious difference in ³¹P NMR spectrum of red blood cells between healthy person and patient. We hope that the above difference can be used to diagnose some blood ailments and to examine the tracks of curative effect.
