Abstract: In the aqueous micellar solution of sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS), the solubilisaton position of ten short chain aromtic hydrocarbons and their derivatives were studied by high resolution proton nuclear magnetic resonance spec-troscopy (1H-NMR). The content of solubilisate in this aqueous micellar solution were determined from their ternary phase diagrams. The detailed results of position and content of solubilisate were obtained and are discussed theoretically in this paper.
