Abstract: The ¹H-NMR and ¹³C APT pulse sequence was used to determine the structure HC≡C-CH₂-O-C^CH₃-_O-CH₂,which has never been published in the litera-tures. In this paper, the relations between the peak intensity and the pulse interval time were calculated; the phases of the spectral lines were discussed and the groups of CH₃, CH₂, CH and the quaternary carbons were distinguished.
