STRUCTURE DETERMINATION OF 1-METHYL EPOXIDE ETHYLANG-1-PROPARGYL ETHER AND IT'S NMR SPECTRA

Abstract: The 1H-NMR and 13C APT pulse sequence was used to determine the structure HC≡C-CH2-O-CCH3-O-CH2,which has never been published in the litera-tures. In this paper, the relations between the peak intensity and the pulse interval time were calculated; the phases of the spectral lines were discussed and the groups of CH3, CH2, CH and the quaternary carbons were distinguished.
