Abstract: This article reviews the recent devefopment of transition metal NMR spectroscopy with the main emphasis on the methodology for the extraction of chemical information.The discussion is divided into two parts.Solid state NMR focuses mainly in the line shape analysis while the solution part concerns with the interpretation of chemical shifts.
