Abstract: A study of the exchange process between the protons in a hydrated Cr(Ⅲ) ion and bulk was made with 1H NMR. In the region of pH=0-3.17, the average lifetime of the protons in hydration sphere is of 10s order. There is a dynamic exchange process of protons with a mixture of first and second-order in pH=0-0.76 and only first order in pH=0.76-1.6. In system of Cr(Ⅲ)-H2O-Gly, it was found that the protons in hydration sphere have activity weaken.
